Andy has 20 years’ experience as a Consultant, Coach and organisational leader. He has held senior HR roles in business and has consulted with many leading organisations in both the UK and Australia. He excels at getting into, under and around the problem to be solved. During his career Andy has delivered results in a variety of industries including Criminal Justice, Local Government & Government Services, Healthcare & Pharmaceutical, Digital Services and Not for Profit. Andy was Head of Organisational Development and a member of the Group HR Leadership Team at Australia Post during a major reform of the organisation between 2014 and 2017.
Andy is passionate about learning and behaviour change and enjoys developing leaders 1:1 and in groups; helping people understand and apply their strengths; working on organisational change and design; and working with leaders to prepare for future. Andy has completed the highly regarded Designing Operating Models Program at Ashridge Business School. His Certificate in Coaching is accredited through the University of Middlesex and he also holds multiple psychometric accreditations including Saville Wave, Hogan, MBTI, FIRO B and Strengths Profile. He is a Member of the CIPD and Co-Founder of My Leadership Strengths.
