The Healthskills web site uses etracker technology (www.etracker.com) to collect visitor behaviour data. This data is collected anonymously to be used for marketing and optimisation purposes. All visitor data is saved using an anonymous user ID to aggregate a usage profile. Cookies may be used to collect and save this data, but the data remains strictly anonymous. The data will not be used to identify a visitor personally and are not aggregated with any personal data. The collection and storage of data may be refused at any time with respect to subsequent services.
Principle 4 – Minors
The Healthskills website is not intended for children and we ask that no-one under the age of 18 submits personal information to us or uses the site without supervision of a parent or guardian.
Principle 5 – Deletion of your Personal Data
If you have purchased good or services from Healthskills Ltd, we are unable to delete your Healthskills account information containing your personal information for a period of 6 years from the date of your last interaction with us This is because we may need to access historical information for business accounting purposes to comply with HM Revenue & Customs requirements.
If you have not purchased goods or services from us but have registered on our web site you can request that your details are deleted. Your stored details will be your email address, username and password, contact telephone number. We will normally confirm this by email within 10 working days of receiving your request.
