We have been supporting commercial organisations to develop their organisational health since 2001. Working with organisations that include Merck, Sharp & Dohme Ltd, AstraZeneca UK, Otis Elevator Company UK and Roche Diagnostics our interventions included individual and team leadership development programmes; employee engagement and culture change; organisational development planning; executive and team coaching; development centres and management skills training.
We design pragmatic programmes that recognise the time constraints of managers, and tackle real local change. We have a number of senior executives in our team who have successfully led similar changes in the private sector and who support delivery of these programmes.
In collaboration with our clients, and a thorough scoping exercise initially to establish developmental issues and needs, we have designed a diverse range of interventions that help to answer questions such as:
