To develop high quality, fit for purpose leadership development interventions Healthskills has a forensic understanding of the health and care sectors to ensure we are credible facilitators in the current challenging landscape.  With a wide variety of clients, many of whom we have been working with continually for over five years, and having facilitated leadership learning for thousands of leaders and more than a hundred organisations, we know this environment well, and genuinely understand the challenges facing leaders.

Our approaches are informed and continually updated by regular reference and alignment with key policy drivers and frameworks, and in particular we have found the work of Michael West at the Kings Fund on collective and distributed leadership and more recent work on system leadership, and ‘Caring to change: How compassionate leadership can stimulate innovation in health care’ very influential in our work, always with the quadruple aim as a focus ie quality outcomes, patient experience, best value and happy workforce.
