Bob Baker
Director
Bob specialises in personal, team and organisational development, He has a strong understanding of the context in which development takes place, especially inter-agency settings and health policy and practice. After working with British Gas, the NHS, a university and an employee-owned consultancy, Bob is now using his experience to deliver innovative leadership programmes and support to a variety of clients.
Bob is passionate about giving space to leaders to reflect and understand their leadership and organisational dilemmas. He uses action learning, coaching and conversational approaches to make this happen. He is also researching issues around how leaders cope with demanding roles – the techniques they use, the priorities they set and the balance that they achieve. He has also contributed to international leadership programmes – working in Bulgaria, Spain and Belgium.
Bob has an interest in mutuals and social enterprises He sat on the OPM ESOT (Employee Share Ownership Trust) as an elected trustee for 4 years. He is working on the impact employee ownership has on organisations and the different demands it places on leaders.
Bob is Chairman of Somerstown Community Association - a small charity run by and for local people who live in the Somerstown Ward in Camden, London
Dawn Scott
Director
A Masters graduate in management with distinction, Dawn has served 5 years as a Chief Executive/Board Director in the NHS Primary Care Sector. With key skills in strategic change, relationship management, system leadership and business turnaround, Dawn delivers on budget and on time, exceeding expectations. She is a qualified Executive and Business Coach to post graduate diploma level working with senior leaders in public and private sector and a range of senior clinical staff in health and care organisations. Now a partner with Healthskills she has developed a strong track record in design and delivery of Leadership Development Programmes and OD Business Partnership.
Dawn has significant experience of building successful teams and is a natural motivator. With key skills in strategic change management, relationship management, and team facilitation, Dawn is able to bring a positive energy into coaching to enable each client to see their own true potential. Working as an interim or external consultant has enabled Dawn to offer fresh insight to individuals and teams in organisations who are going through change or transition. Dawn’s coaching style is naturally empathetic although not afraid to challenge thinking.
Outside of work Dawn is a passionate Rugby Union fan, regularly seen on the Twickenham terraces. She follows her local rugby union side at Huddersfield and has been an active club member for 20 years. Married to Dentist Gavin and with 3 children and 3 grandchildren, she loves cooking and baking for big family gatherings.
Ian Munro
Director
Ian has worked at board level for over 20 years as an operating and main board director, as a non-executive director and as a consultant, coach and mentor. He has worked across a wide range of business sectors for blue chip organisations, and the Public Sector. Today he continues to be hold several directorships.
Pragmatic and hands-on, Ian coaches managers and directors to cope with change in both developing and turnaround situations. He has a track record of achieving results in tough challenging environments. His approach has been welcomed in both Public and Private sector assignments where he also utilises intensive coaching techniques with top teams.
Ian is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) of the International Coach Federation and an Associate of the Association for Coaching. He is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and The Institute of Directors.
Jude Goddard
Director
Jude is a highly skilled facilitator and organisational development consultant with over twenty-five years of public sector service. She was a Director of Strategic Development and Partnerships in a Primary Care Trust for five years, taking the lead in vital modernisation programmes in North Yorkshire.
Jude holds an MA in Health Management and a BSc in Behavioural Science; and is also a qualified Mediator and non-practicing Psychotherapist.
Jude is a member of the United Kingdom Council for Transactional Analysis; and has been commissioned by Healthskills to work with KPMG for the last four years focusing on board and team development and coaching.
Work over the two years has focused on:
- Organisational development and business planning with NHS Improving Quality, NHSElect. (Current)
- Designing, developing and facilitating board to board workshops across health care organisations to enable them to create a way of working together to support governance and agree a supportive culture to deliver business. (Since 2010)
- Team development for Senior Leadership Teams in educational Academy’s in Greater Manchester to improve performance and relationships as a team. (Current)
- Carrying out board observation and working with boards Non Executives and Executive Directors Chief Execs, senior clinicians and wider teams to enable the writing and agreement of vision, mission and strategic direction for the coming year. (2013 and 2014)
- Large scale facilitation for Commissioning organisations working with clinicians and senior managers to enable agreement to move forward on government reforms and secure best fit management arrangements. (Since 2007)
- Professional coaching very senior staff as well as junior members of staff in Local Authorities, Education, Health and Social Care to enable individuals harness their personal power to their positive effect. (Ongoing)

Jane Reynolds
Jane is a Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation (ACC), an Executive Coach, Trainer, and Facilitator, operating within the Corporate and Public Sector. Expert in Leadership Development, Career Transition, & Career Development. She enjoys working with groups and Individuals to support their learning, driving tangible results through a ‘growth mindset’ leading to behavioural change. Supporting Individuals up to C suite level, adapting to the needs of the audience.
Jane uses her empathy and authentic relationship building skills to engage with clients to get to the heart of issues, helping clients move forward positively within a supportive and challenging coaching environment, she is pragmatic, values driven and will support you to achieve your aspirations.
An engaging and motivational facilitator, who achieves consistently positive feedback on her style of delivery, with over 20 years’ experience designing and delivering a range of learning events and programmes.
This follows a successful career within the High Net worth and Retail arm of a FTSE 100 Global Bank. Jane is also a volunteer and has been instrumental in supporting HR Managers and practitioners, as part of the Learning Matters special Interest group, Part of the CIPD.
Also Mentoring a team of volunteers at The Vinyard (A Christian fellowship in St Albans) who support less fortunate individuals to achieve their potential.
Liam Stapleton
Liam is an experienced development consultant, with experience in healthcare and with retailers including Boots and Superdrug. He has held senior learning and development, operations and commercial roles following clinical and academic roles as a pharmacist earlier in his career.
Liams key skills lie in delivering high energy workshops that are both challenging and fun, and producing training support materials that are visually and mentally engaging help people apply the skills and knowledge they have learnt. His major interests are in helping clients utilise improved communication skills to become more effective in management, leadership and influence and helping teams manage their own motivation. The programmes that Liam runs use a range of metaphors to help participants grasp important concepts and then gives people space to put these concepts into their own context.
As a coach and facilitator, Liam supports individuals and teams to better understand themselves or their situation, and draws out the skills and knowledge they already have to overcome problems and barriers. His action orientated approach leads to an increased level of self-reliance that encourages clients to move to the next level of performance.
Liam lives with his wife and four children in Melton Mowbray, travelling throughout the UK and Ireland to deliver programmes. He is a keen cyclist and musician.
Mark Greenfield
Founder
Mark is a director of Healthskills, and his primary focus is in outcome-based facilitation, development of high-performing teams and leaders, and coaching individuals to tap into some of their unlimited potential. Clients describe his style as dynamic and enthusiastic, driven by a belief that personal development should be fun and that individuals can achieve much more in a highly interactive, goal-focused environment.
He has enjoyed over twenty years working with healthcare professionals; initially in business management and leadership development within the pharmaceutical industry, and since 2000, working directly with individuals in the NHS at all levels, with clinicians, managers and multi-disciplinary teams.
Mark uses many tools in his work with clients: he is a diploma-qualified coach, trained in step I and II of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and an approved facilitator of both the Aston Team Performance Inventory and the NHS Leadership Qualities Framework.
Rebecca (Hartnell) Stagg
Rebecca is a qualified Career Coach with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, with over 20 years’ experience in the field of Human Resources within FTSE 100 organisations. Expertise in coaching executives, senior leaders, talent, graduates and middle managers with particular emphasis on career mobility, development and transition. Alongside leading and facilitating workshops in career development and career transition.
Rebecca’s background working across all areas of HR including learning and Development, Talent, Business Partnering and Engagement with a variety of different business areas creates a coaching style grounded in understanding workplace dynamics to deliver results, coupled with a supportive and encouraging approach.
Rebecca is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, with a Masters in Personnel and Development and holds accreditations in Psychometrics, Programme Management and Counselling.
Shirley Ficken
Shirley Ficken is a People Development Practitioner and has a passion for working with organisations, teams and leaders who want to maximise their potential. She worked as an Internal Consultant in Financial Services for 25 years where she developed and delivered leadership development programmes, competency frameworks, performance and talent management practices in alignment with organisational goals and people strategies. Moving into other industries and sectors including NHS Trusts, Shirley has worked with a wide variety of leaders and specialist teams, facilitating interventions that enable them to recognise the impact of their personality and behaviour so that they can improve performance, motivation and wellbeing.
Shirley has a Post Graduate Certificate in Business & Executive Coaching, a Post Graduate Diploma in Coaching Psychology and is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) which exists to promote ethical practice in the profession. She is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, a trained Action Learning Set facilitator and accredited in the use of a variety of personality psychometrics. Clients typically find Shirley to be good humoured, challenging yet supportive.
